Lynne Dale
As a former award-winning investigative television producer for Dateline NBC and ABC’s PrimeTime Live, Lynne Dale brings unique skills to her practice of real estate. Whether you are selling your home or buying a new one, she leaves no stone unturned to make sure you get the best deal possible.
As one of the top-producing agents in her market center, Lynne specializes in Atlanta’s in-town markets, including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Virginia Highlands and Midtown. She has also helped buyers and sellers all over the Atlanta metro area including Austell, Lilburn, Norcross, McDonough and East Cobb.
She has been a member of the Million Dollar Club for the past three years. Based on her sales performance, she was invited to join the prestigious Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council for 2008, 2009, and 2010.
A member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Lynne is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. She has had continuous post-licensing education, including in the luxury home market. She holds a B.A. from George Washington University.
Lisa Haley
Lisa Haley, a licensed Georgia Realtor, is a wiz at the computer and uses her extensive knowledge of the internet to benefit her clients – both buyers and sellers.
She brings to her real estate career twenty years of experience as a top sales producer in computer technology and software. That means she knows how to make complicated information easy to understand!
A long-time resident of Atlanta (she remembers when I-85 was only two lanes), Lisa specializes in in-town markets such as Decatur, North Decatur, Oakhurst, Tucker, Northlake, Chamblee, Kirkwood and East Atlanta, and also knows the Marietta/East Cobb market as well.
Lisa is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. She is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she holds a B.A. in Computer Science.
Brittany Russell
Brittany Russell, Buyer’s Agent for the Dale Team, is a licensed Georgia Realtor and graduate of the accredited Georgia Institute of Real Estate. An Atlanta native and Chattahoochee High School graduate, Brittany uses her insider knowledge of the city and outlying suburbs to stay ahead of the competition. She specializes in working with buyers and sellers in Brookhaven, Midtown, Buckhead, and Alpharetta.
Brittany is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and has had extensive post-licensing training.
A Cum Laude Graduate from the University of Georgia, Brittany has a background in marketing and sales and, like Lynne Dale, is proficient in research and investigations. Not only is she the daughter of Fox TV’s investigative reporter Dale Russell, she spent three years working as a private investigator.
Suffice it to say, the Dale Team knows how to get the facts you need to make the best real estate decision possible!
Kerry Gianniny
Kerry Gianniny, Administrative Coordinator for the Dale Team, has a background of sales and marketing in the fashion industry.
Before we lured her away, her most recent job was working for a bridal gown designer. Our theory was that if she could handle all the Bridezillas, she could handle anything the real estate industry had to throw at her.
And we were right. Kerry is one of those rare combinations of being extraordinarily good at tracking even the smallest of details, while being charming and personable at the same time.
She holds B.A. from the University of Georgia.
